Dr. Sadat was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California. He attended college at the University of California San Diego, where he majored in Public Health. He completed his masters in Medical Health Sciences at Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington, where his interest in osteopathy began and received top accolades for his oral presentation of the potential benefits of using OMT in concussion. Dr. Sadat completed his medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, where he developed his interest in hands-on treatment. Dr. Sadat’s medical interests include OMT, sports medicine and functional medicine.
Outside of the hospital, you can find him at the gym training in jiu-jitsu, boxing or Muay Thai. Dr. Sadat has a love for local coffee roasters, brunch spots and cooking his favorite Afghan dishes at home.
